Alpine Business Consulting is a Zurich-based firm focused on enterprise performance management, business intelligence, and the data systems that sit underneath them. Our consultants spent years at larger consulting firms and software vendors before starting Alpine. Along the way they saw the patterns that cause projects to fail: configuration shortcuts, handoffs to staff who never met the client, and documentation that never gets written. We built the firm to avoid those patterns. We agree on scope and price before we start, keep the same people on a project from kickoff to go-live, and hand over documentation and training so your team can run the system afterwards. We work from Zurich and serve clients across Switzerland and the rest of Europe.
