We are recruiting an A&D System Manager for a dedicated full-time team delivering accreditation at a major international multi-sport event. The role sits within our client's Accreditation function. It is based on site in Riyadh, KSA, and runs from ASAP until the end of December 2026, covering system readiness, event time and close-out. The event will bring together thousands of athletes and team officials from across the region, competing across multiple sports and venues. You will: Run the A&D system provided by the Organising Committee as part of the Event Management System (EMS) Make sure the registration and accreditation data of every stakeholder group is accurate and secure Get the system tested, validated and fully ready before the event begins Keep the system live and supported across all venues during the event The system covers athletes, team officials, workforce, volunteers, media and other accredited stakeholders, and you will be its operational owner. You will work alongside the Accreditation Manager, delegation management, venue operations, security, the EMS provider and IT teams. This role is hands-on. You will configure the system, manage permissions, troubleshoot issues and produce the reporting yourself, not just oversee others doing it. Key Responsibilities System Management Manage system settings, accreditation categories, user permissions, access privileges and operational workflows in line with approved requirements Support the implementation and maintenance of the accreditation privilege matrix, ensuring correct access rights for each accredited category Data Integrity Oversee the registration and accreditation data of all accredited stakeholder groups Ensure accurate collection, verification, updating and maintenance of accreditation and delegation information Ensure confidentiality, secure handling of personal information and compliance with data protection and accreditation protocols Badge Production and Integration Coordinate with accreditation teams on badge information, printing requirements and system integration for badge production and distribution Testing and Technical Support Conduct system testing, validate workflows and ensure full operational readiness before the event Monitor system performance, identify technical issues and coordinate with the EMS provider and IT teams for timely resolution Event-Time Operations and Reporting Oversee live system operations during the event, ensuring continuous availability and immediate issue resolution across all venues Generate accreditation statistics, registration updates, system performance reports and daily operational reports for management 5+ years' experience in the events industry or equivalent, including hands-on management of accreditation, registration or event management systems Proven record of maintaining accurate, high-volume stakeholder data under tight deadlines Your own laptop with the software required for the role Able to start at short notice and remain for the full contract period Ideal Background Accreditation experience at Olympic-movement, multi-sport or major international sporting events: strong advantage Experience working with an event management or accreditation platform Familiarity with privilege matrices, access zoning and badge production workflows Languages English: required Arabic: preferred Working Conditions Full-time and exclusive: fully dedicated to the project for the contract period Mobilisation: ASAP On site in Riyadh: role is based in Riyadh, KSA, with support across all venues Open to international and KSA-based candidates: international candidates must be willing to relocate to Riyadh for the contract period Own equipment: you must have your own laptop with the required software Visa, accommodation and transportation included for candidates relocating to Riyadh
