We are looking for a AI Developer with strong analytical and engineering skills to join our data team. This role combines data analysis, data engineering, and the development of practical AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data to answer business questions, building and maintaining data systems, and using modern AI and LLM technologies to solve internal and customer-facing problems.

- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches, metrics, and actionable insights.
- Maintain and improve data pipelines, data warehouse infrastructure, and analytical datasets.
- Gather, clean, transform, and integrate data from different sources.
- Develop APIs and backend services for data and AI applications.
- Design and implement AI-powered tools and workflows using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, and related technologies.
- Integrate AI solutions with databases, APIs, and internal systems.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to develop data-driven solutions.
نیازمندیها
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Good understanding of statistics and practical business analysis.
- Experience with relational and analytical databases, preferably PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data warehouse concepts.
- Experience with Airflow, dbt, or similar data tools.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Metabase.
- Experience developing or integrating APIs, preferably using FastAPI.
- Familiarity with LLM-powered applications, RAG, embeddings, tool calling, or similar AI concepts.
- Understanding of software engineering practices such as Git, testing, and Docker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
