Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Engineer role based in Jeddah. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models that support product innovation, operations optimization, and customer experience enhancement, with a focus on pattern recognition and data-driven decision-making. Daily responsibilities include building and training machine learning and neural network models, working with natural language processing (NLP) solutions, integrating AI components into existing software systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, IT, and marketing. The role also involves evaluating model performance, refining algorithms, maintaining scalable and secure AI pipelines, documenting technical solutions, and staying current with emerging AI technologies relevant to fashion retail and manufacturing. Candidates should possess strong Computer Science fundamentals and hands-on experience in Software Development. Candidates should possess skills in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building robust machine learning solutions. Candidates should possess experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for text analysis, customer interaction, or internal tools. Candidates should possess proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python), and familiarity with ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch). Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Additional beneficial skills include experience with data engineering, cloud platforms, version control, and MLOps practices. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams are essential. Experience applying AI in retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing environments, especially in fashion or apparel, is a plus.
