STRICTLY FOR CANDIDATES WITH REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE AI Engineer, Real Estate Intelligence PropertyDynamix | Dubai, UAE | Full-time BUILD THE AI THAT ANSWERS REAL ESTATE QUESTIONS WITH EVIDENCE, NOT GUESSES. MOIRA, our assistant, reads the official DLD register for Dubai and Abu Dhabi and helps developers and brokers price units, size markets and test strategies. You will make it smarter, faster and more trustworthy. WHAT YOU WILL DO Design and improve how the assistant plans, calls tools and builds an answer from market data Write and test prompts and rules so every figure traces to a record count and a period Build evaluations that catch wrong numbers, invented facts and overreach before users see them Work with pricing and feasibility experts to turn their method into rules the AI follows Keep response time and model cost under control WHAT YOU BRING 3+ years building production AI features, with LLM tool calling and agent workflows Strong Python and SQL; BigQuery or similar is a plus Experience testing AI output for accuracy, not just fluency Interest in real estate, with some understanding of PSF, absorption and off-plan sales Honesty about what the data shows and what it does not
