Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite) Work Model: Onsite, 5 days per week Contract: Initial 12-month contract (with potential for extension) Eligibility: Preference will be given to candidates holding a Spouse visa, Freelance Visa/Business License or Golden Visa. We are partnering with a leading aviation organization that is building world-class, in-house AI capabilities and are hiring across multiple levels of its AI Engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions that directly support critical business and operational functions. These roles are highly hands-on and focused on designing, building, deploying, and scaling AI systems rather than relying on off-the-shelf products. Candidates will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and AI leaders to solve real-world challenges using cutting-edge AI technologies. Forward Deployed AI Engineer (Core) Ideal for engineers who enjoy building AI solutions end-to-end and partnering directly with the business. Around 3+ years of software engineering experience Hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM applications Experience with Agentic AI, RAG, tool calling, and workflow orchestration Strong Python programming skills Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems Cloud deployment and containerization exposure Business-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer Ideal for experienced engineers who can lead complex AI initiatives, mentor others, and deliver production-scale AI solutions. 5+ years of software engineering experience 3+ years working with GenAI and LLM technologies Proven delivery of production AI systems Strong experience with Agentic AI architectures Expertise in RAG, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and governance Ability to mentor and elevate engineering teams Strong enterprise integration and cloud experience Forward Deployed AI Engineer, Technical Lead Ideal for technical leaders who can define AI architecture, establish engineering standards, and guide teams while remaining hands-on. 8+ years of software engineering experience 4+ years working with GenAI, LLMs, and applied AI solutions Strong track record setting technical direction and architecture Experience designing scalable enterprise AI platforms Multi-agent systems experience preferred Strong stakeholder management and mentoring capabilities Ability to balance performance, security, reliability, and cost considerations Core Technical Skills Across All Roles Python development GenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs) Agentic AI development RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) MCP (Model Context Protocol) Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, Microsoft Foundry, Bedrock, or Vertex AI API and enterprise system integration Cloud-native architectures and containers Testing, observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks Security, governance, and responsible AI practices Preferred Experience Aviation or airline industry experience Logistics, supply chain, cargo, or operations-heavy environments Contact center or customer operations solutions Voice AI and workflow automation Enterprise-scale AI deployments Multi-agent architecture design (Senior and Technical Lead levels)
