Job Title: AI/ML Engineer Location: Abu Dhabi - Onsite About the Company We are a dynamic and fast-growing AI & IT company specialising in cutting-edge technology solutions for businesses of all sizes. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team. Role Summary We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions, with a particular focus on Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for building intelligent systems, implementing secure on-premises AI environments, developing RAG-based solutions, and delivering innovative AI capabilities that drive business value. Experience with Arabic language AI, MLOps, and production-grade model deployment will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities On-premises AI implementation: Hands-on experience deploying and operating DeepSeek and Qwen models on local GPU infrastructure, including model configuration, inference optimisation, API integration, and operation within secure, closed networks. AI capabilities: LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, NLP, and model evaluation using LangChain, LangSmith, and LangGraph. Arabic document processing: Experience with Arabic-language AI, OCR, document summarisation, information extraction, and correspondence drafting. Development: Python, REST APIs, backend automation, ETL pipelines, and data quality validation. MLOps and infrastructure: Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment and monitoring. Machine learning: Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, BERT, and XGBoost. Monitoring: Grafana, CloudWatch, and Power BI. Preferred Experience 4+ years in developing and deploying production AI/ML and Generative AI systems. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
