Oversee platform performance, reliability, security, lifecycle management, and cloud optimisation initiatives. Establish reusable AI accelerators, templates, sandboxes, and development frameworks that improve efficiency and standardisation. Manage strategic technology partners and vendors while ensuring service excellence and continuous innovation.
