If you're passionate about fitness, technology, and making an impact, Enhance offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that’s shaping the future of the industry. Enhance is hiring a Junior Analytics Engineer in Dubai to help turn our data into insights that improve personal training (PT) across our partner gyms. Enhance powers personal training for gym operators around the world. Our B2B SaaS platform helps gym chains sell, schedule and manage PT, and we also run PT services directly inside our partners' clubs. That gives us a rare view of PT across many brands, clubs and trainers, and this role helps turn that view into better decisions for every partner. You'll join the Data team and learn from senior analytics engineers while building real models and dashboards from day one. You'll work with club managers, PT leads, Operations and Finance to answer questions about how clubs and trainers perform, how sessions are sold and used, and how pricing affects revenue and retention. Build and maintain data models. Write and update transformation models (dbt or similar) for PT packages, sessions, trainer schedules and revenue, with guidance from senior engineers. Help keep our metrics consistent. Apply our shared definitions for core numbers, such as how busy trainers are, how many clients stay and renew, and how much revenue each club and trainer brings in. Support pricing analysis. Prepare the data behind pricing reviews and help analyse how package price and discounts affect sales and margin. Support operations reporting. Build views of demand by club and time slot and of trainer availability, so teams can schedule and staff better. Build dashboards and reports. Create and maintain dashboards that club managers and PT leads use every week, and answer their ad hoc data questions. Keep data trustworthy. Add tests and documentation, check data quality, and flag issues before they reach a dashboard. Learn and grow. Take part in code reviews, pair with senior engineers, and take on more ownership as you grow. What you bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or a related quantitative field. 2-5 years in analytics, BI or data engineering. Strong internships or graduate projects count. Solid SQL, including joins, aggregations and window functions. Basic understanding of data modelling and how dashboards are built on top of data. Experience with at least one visualisation tool, such as QuickSight, Power BI or Tableau. Curiosity and attention to detail. You check your numbers and ask why they changed. Clear communication. You can explain what a number means to people who aren't technical. Master's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or similar).
