Lead process discovery and define scalable, secure, and maintainable Appian solutions for business process transformation. EXPERIENCE 10 Years DOMAIN Banking preferred Key Responsibilities Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business requirements into future-state processes and solution designs. Define Appian architecture covering process models, SAIL interfaces, records, data models, integrations, reporting, and security. Establish design standards, reusable patterns, architecture governance, and Appian implementation best practices. Design third-party integrations and collaborate with business, enterprise architecture, and delivery teams. Review solution quality, Appian Health Check findings, performance, risks, estimates, and production readiness. Guide and mentor developers through design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization. Banking Experience Technical Competencies Strong Appian architecture, BPM, SAIL, Records, Process Models, Expression Rules, Groups, Security, and Reporting. Hands-on knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, SQL, database entity modelling, and integration error handling. Experience with Azure-hosted Appian environments; Process HQ exposure is advantageous. Banking or regulated-process transformation experience preferred. Preferred Profile Appian Senior Developer or Lead Developer certification preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, analytical thinking, and Agile/Scrum delivery experience. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
