🚀 We're Hiring — Application Developer (Mid Level) We are looking for a Mid Level Application Developer to join our IT team in Dubai, UAE and work on business-critical applications, ERP systems, integrations, and modern web solutions. 🔹 Position Application Developer — Mid Level 🔹 Location Dubai, UAE 🔹 Experience 3–6+ years 🔹 What You'll Do Design, develop, maintain, and enhance business applications and ERP modules. Build scalable and maintainable backend applications and APIs. Work across multiple technology stacks depending on project requirements. Develop and integrate internal and third-party APIs and services. Work with relational databases and optimize application/database performance. Develop modern, responsive web applications. Troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes. Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards. Write clean, reusable, testable, and maintainable code. Work closely with business users to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Take ownership of assigned modules/features from development through deployment and support. Contribute to application modernization, automation, and continuous improvement. 🔹 Backend Technologies C# / ASP.NET Core ASP.NET MVC / Razor Pages Entity Framework Core RESTful APIs, Eloquent ORM, Queues & Jobs Dependency Injection LINQ Async programming / Background Services Python FastAPI / Flask / Django 🔹 Frontend Technologies React.js Next.js JavaScript / TypeScript HTML5 / CSS3 Tailwind CSS Bootstrap REST API integration Modern responsive UI development 🔹 Database & Data SQL Server MySQL Database design and normalization Complex queries, joins, indexes, and stored procedures Entity Framework / Eloquent ORM Query and application performance optimization 🔹 Development & Engineering Practices Git / GitHub Clean Code SOLID principles Design Patterns Object-Oriented Programming Debugging and performance optimization API design and integration Basic CI/CD knowledge Secure application development 🔹 Good to Have Azure Azure Service Bus RabbitMQ Redis Docker Microservices Event-driven architecture Automated testing CI/CD pipelines ERP / CRM development experience Experience with manufacturing, inventory, sales, purchasing, finance, or other business applications Experience integrating third-party services and platforms 🔹 Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can think beyond just writing code.
