Elbetron Technologies is looking for an AI Engineer to develop and improve production-oriented AI solutions, including AI assistants, RAG systems, NLP, AI analytics, and intelligent automation. Develop and integrate AI/ML solutions. Work with LLMs and AI APIs/local models. Build and optimize RAG pipelines. Develop prompt engineering and structured-output workflows. Work with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval systems. Integrate AI models with backend applications. Develop AI features for enterprise applications. Evaluate model performance and accuracy. Work on AI security, reliability, and hallucination reduction. Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams. Strong Python programming skills. Understanding of machine learning and NLP. Experience with LLMs and RAG is highly desirable. Knowledge of APIs, databases, and backend systems. Familiarity with Git and Linux. Understanding of Docker is an advantage. Experience with local/open-source LLMs is a plus. Location: Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia Work arrangement: On-site
