Job Summary : Design and deliver DEJEM’s Azure data and agentic AI foundation for its AI-powered PropTech Target Operating Model (TOM). Integrate Yardi and other property operations systems with a centralised, governed data lake, actionable analytics, and controlled AI agents supporting leasing, tenant services, property and facilities management, asset management, finance, and governance. The role combines hands-on solution delivery with TOGAF enterprise architecture and understand Enterprise Architect modelling and metamodel also will handle any Change Management Request to see how it fit in overall Enterprise Architecture Metamodel in AI Architecture concept and Intelligent automation. This is a proposed hiring profile; candidate credentials and project experience must be verified during selection. Key Roles & Build grounded AI assistants and agents using Azure-hosted models, retrieval, tool calling and workflow orchestration; deliver working pilots through production , Orchestration layer on Logi Capps or n8n. Define agent permissions, human approvals, escalation, audit trails, evaluation, monitoring and rollback. Require approval for financial or contractual commitments. Priorities tenant enquiry handling, lease and policy retrieval, maintenance triage and finance exception support with measurable business outcomes. Design a lakehouse or data lake using Azure Data Lake Storage and an appropriate Fabric or Azure Databricks processing approach; justify choices against cost, skills and workloads. INSURE all organization KPI’s strategy and Operations are captured and all reports generated or AI answered are accurate and automated. Integrate Yardi and agreed CRM, facilities, finance and document sources through supported interfaces. Define ingestion frequency, reconciliation, error handling and data contracts. Model properties, units, tenants, leases, assets, work orders and financial transactions. Establish common identifiers, data ownership, quality rules, lineage and governed semantic models. Implement role based access, identity, secrets, secure connectivity, retention and recovery; make retrieval respect source permissions. Confirm DEJEM’s Yardi products, modules, versions, licenses and supported interfaces before specifying integrations or transaction write-back. Assess native Yardi AI against Azure custom agents for each workflow, including regional availability, security, Arabic support, cost and vendor support. Keep Yardi as the authoritative operational system for agreed property and finance records. Reconcile lakehouse data and control any authorized write-back. Work with business owners to define future workflows, process ownership, service levels, human and agent responsibilities, exception handling and adoption. Apply TOGAF to baseline, target and transition architectures, gap analysis, architecture decisions and the implementation roadmap. Maintain Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect models of the Data layer: conceptual, logical and physical models, source mappings, data flows, lineage, ownership and controls. Model the Technology layer: Azure services, environments, integration endpoints, deployment, identity, network, resilience and observability views. Trace capabilities and processes to applications, agents, data entities and technology components using appropriate ArchiMate and UML views. Qualifications & Certifications : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or equivalent relevant professional experience. TOGAF certification required; TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner or TOGAF 9 Certified preferred. Verify certification evidence. Relevant Microsoft Azure AI, data or solution architecture credentials preferred; practical project outcomes carry greater selection weight. Work Experience : 10+ years in technology delivery, solution architecture or data platforms, including substantial hands-on Azure data architecture and recent production AI delivery. Azure AI: AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AI Search, RAG, tool calling and agent orchestration. Proven agentic AI and retrieval augmented generation delivery; evidence of evaluation, reliable tool use, permission controls and operational support. Strong Python, SQL, API integration and Azure data engineering; experience with Azure-hosted AI models, AI search, orchestration and deployment automation. Yardi Voyager or related Yardi integration experience; property, leasing, facilities or real estate finance knowledge. GCC delivery and Arabic AI evaluation experience preferred. Language Skills : Fluent in written and spoken English. Arabic is an advantage.
