At bluBank, We are looking for a BI Developer with strong experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, dashboard development, and data pipelines to join our Data team. This role goes beyond simply building dashboards. You will work closely with product, business, operations, credit, sales, and data teams to transform raw data into reliable metrics, analytical models, dashboards, and actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain analytical and management dashboards to monitor product, business, operations, sales, credit, and user behavior performance. Build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Apache Superset, and Metabase. Work with business and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into KPIs, metrics, reports, and analytical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data flows required for BI and reporting use cases. Build and maintain scalable data models, dimensional models, and semantic layers for reporting and analytics. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analytics, reporting, and data transformation. Perform exploratory and ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, patterns, and business opportunities. Ensure dashboards and reports provide accurate, consistent, and reliable data. Define and document KPIs and business metrics to maintain consistent definitions across teams. Optimize dashboards, SQL queries, datasets, and data pipelines for performance and scalability. Investigate data inconsistencies and work with Data Engineering and other teams to resolve upstream data-quality issues. Build reusable datasets and reporting components to enable self-service analytics. Maintain documentation for dashboards, metrics, data sources, and analytical models. Apply appropriate access control, security, and governance practices to BI solutions. Support and mentor other team members on BI development and analytics best practices. Strong professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Warehousing. Strong hands-on experience with at least one major BI platform, preferably: Power BI Apache Superset Metabase Advanced knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, window functions, CTEs, and query optimization. Strong understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, star schemas, fact/dimension tables, and analytical data structures. Hands-on experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines. Experience working with relational databases, analytical databases, and/or Data Warehouses. Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, reporting, and analytical methodologies. Ability to analyze large datasets and translate data into meaningful business insights. Experience troubleshooting reporting, data-quality, and performance issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
