🚀 Seeking a Founding CTO / Co-Founder | AI, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics & Robotics 📍 Preferred regions: Western Europe | UAE | Singapore 💼 Compensation: Equity only at this stage — no salary or cash incentives currently. I am looking to connect with a technically strong entrepreneur who has actually built AI-driven products, predictive analytics platforms, computer-vision systems, or intelligent industrial solutions and is interested in becoming a founding partner in a new technology venture. The ambition is to combine AI, software intelligence, robotics, and real-world industrial applications, with an initial focus on maritime, offshore, ports, shipyards, and related industries. Areas of interest include: Real-time AI monitoring and computer vision, similar to solutions such as Dtyle.ai. Predictive analytics, preventive maintenance, and risk intelligence. Edge AI, video analytics, and intelligent sensor integration. Digital twins and condition-monitoring platforms. ROVs, underwater robotics, autonomous systems, and intelligent inspection. Industrial IoT, data platforms, and AI-enabled decision support. Who should consider this opportunity? We are particularly interested in someone who has: Personally developed or led the development of an AI or deep-tech product from concept to deployment. Built computer-vision, video-analytics, predictive-maintenance, anomaly-detection, or risk-prediction models. Experience deploying AI in real-world industrial environments, including edge computing, IP cameras, sensors, or hardware integration. A strong understanding of model performance, data pipelines, system architecture, reliability, and product scalability. Experience making technology commercially deployable rather than limiting development to research or proof-of-concept demonstrations. The entrepreneurial drive to shape product strategy, build an engineering team, and take ownership of the technical direction. Experience building products comparable to AI-powered safety monitoring platforms, predictive or preventive analytics systems, industrial vision AI, or robotics solutions is especially relevant. The equity-only arrangement — please read carefully This is an early-stage founding opportunity. There is no salary, guaranteed remuneration, or cash incentive at present. The proposed initial contribution would be in exchange for an agreed equity stake, with ownership, vesting, responsibilities, and other terms to be documented mutually. Salary and cash incentives may be considered only after the company secures funding or reaches a suitable funded stage. Any future compensation will be subject to available funds and a separate agreement and is not guaranteed. This is not a conventional paid CTO vacancy. It is an opportunity for someone who wants to help shape and build the company as a genuine co-founder.
