Scope of Work: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Strong understanding of CRM business processes and customer lifecycle management. Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and REST APIs. Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and DevOps pipelines is a plus
