Data & Dashboard Analyst (BI) Job Summary We are looking for a Data & Dashboard Analyst (BI) to transform business data into meaningful insights and interactive dashboards that support informed decision-making. The role will focus on data analysis, reporting, visualization, and performance monitoring across different business functions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and BI reports using Power BI. Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities. Translate business requirements into clear reports, dashboards, and actionable insights. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across business functions. Collect, clean, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data and reporting. Automate recurring reports and improve existing reporting processes. Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements. Present findings and insights in a clear and meaningful way to support management decisions. Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Dashboard Development. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization. Good knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel skills. Experience working with multiple data sources and large datasets. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
