MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB To develop, implement, maintain and support master and reference data management solutions on the TIBCO EBX platform, including Java custom components, data models, workflows and integrations, and to execute platform upgrades and the divisional carve-out of the EBX environment, delivering high quality, secure and governed master data. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance of EBX data management solutions Execute EBX platform upgrades, migrations and the divisional carve-out of the EBX environment Develop, implement and monitor data quality controls within data management solutions Maintain and support EBX infrastructure, environments, CI/CD pipelines and releases Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors and ICT teams on solution delivery and support Apply data governance, security and architecture standards in all data management solutions ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE At least 5 years specialist experience in Java development At least 3 years hands-on TIBCO EBX development (or a comparable MDM platform) 5-8 years experience in data management, incl. master and reference data DESIRED EXPERIENCE Experience with TIBCO EBX 6.x and platform migrations / upgrades Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines and LDAP / SSO integration Relevant experience in server administration; healthcare industry experience ESSENTIAL EDUCATION 3 year degree / diploma in Computer Science, Data Engineering or ICT related DESIRED EDUCATION Java certification TIBCO EBX certification REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Java programming (current applicable platform version) TIBCO EBX development (data models, workflows, add-ons, APIs) Knowledge of Object Oriented and Design Pattern principles Version Control (GIT) SQL and relational databases Web services and system integration (REST / SOAP) CI/CD tooling and deployment automation Master and Reference Data Management concepts Data quality principles and controls Agile approach Delivering results & Meeting client expectations LDAP / SSO and role-based security configuration Cloud infrastructure (Azure)
