Required Experience 7-12+ years in banking or regulated financial services; experience supporting large transformation programs; expertise in CI/CD, GitOps, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps controls; experience with GitHub Copilot or equivalent approved AI development tools, modern IDEs, code quality tools and automated security platforms. Key Responsibility Build CI/CD and GitOps pipelines; embed SAST, DAST, SCA, secret and container scanning; automate infrastructure and security policies; manage certificates, keys and secrets; generate compliance evidence; introduce AI-assisted code review, pipeline analysis, vulnerability triage and remediation while maintaining human approval and security controls.
