Purpose Drive digital commerce growth by improving eCommerce platforms, customer journeys, system integrations, digital experiences, and develop the digital marketing plan and activities with the concerned stockholders, She/He will be responsible for integrating our Digital customer experience tools to provide best customer experience through our digital channels. Ideal Candidate Someone who can connect: Customer Needs + eCommerce + Digital Marketing + Technology + Data + Automation + Business Growth Key Responsibilities Manage, Support and optimize eCommerce platforms and digital channels. Improve customer journeys, usability, and conversion rates. Integrate eCommerce with ERP, CRM, payment, logistics, and other systems. Develop and maintain API integrations. Monitor eCommerce performance and KPIs. Develop catalog, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising. Identify opportunities for automation and AI. Work with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver digital solutions. Manage Digital customer experience related tools. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Digital Business, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Transformation, Digital Products, or Systems Integration. Understanding of eCommerce platforms and customer journeys. Experience with APIs, databases, and integrations. Knowledge of BI and analytics tools (Power BI preferred). Understanding of ERP/CRM integrations. Experience with SEO. Knowledge of the market's landscape. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Addtional perfred requiremnts: B2B eCommerce experience. SQL or Python knowledge. Cloud technologies. Power Platform or automation tools. AI / Generative AI exposure.
