Maximus is looking for a senior technology leader to join our growing business in Saudi Arabia as Director of Product Engineering & Delivery. At Maximus, we deliver large-scale government programmes that support employment, workforce development, skills, and social impact across the region. Technology is central to how we scale and deliver these services — and this role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our technology delivery capability across the Kingdom. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for end-to-end technology delivery across KSA, spanning Product Management, Solution Architecture, Engineering, Quality Engineering, DevOps, SRE, and Delivery Management. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions across multiple business segments. We are looking for someone who can operate strategically while remaining close to execution — a leader capable of translating business priorities into actionable technology roadmaps, driving modern engineering and Agile delivery practices, and building high-performing teams focused on quality, innovation, and operational excellence. The role will work closely with senior leadership, clients, and government stakeholders, acting as a trusted technology partner across the organisation. You will oversee complex delivery portfolios, manage enterprise-scale programmes, support product-centric ways of working, and help drive digital transformation initiatives across the business. Key areas of focus include: Technology strategy and delivery leadership Product-led delivery and Agile transformation Engineering quality, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation Architecture governance and scalable platform delivery Stakeholder and government engagement Operational excellence, KPIs, and delivery governance Building and leading high-performing engineering and product teams We are particularly interested in candidates with strong experience delivering large-scale technology programmes within government, public sector, or regulated environments. Experience across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), enterprise architecture, API/integration ecosystems, and modern software engineering practices is highly valued. Arabic language skills are essential.
