Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in .NET development • Strong proficiency in C# and experience with both Windows desktop (WinForms/WPF) and web-based development (ASP.NET MVC/Web API) • Solid understanding of object-oriented design, multi-tier architecture, and modern design patterns • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and writing stored procedures • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations • Strong debugging, testing, and troubleshooting skills • Healthcare or enterprise application development experience is a plus
