We are seeking an experienced E-service Development Supervisor to oversee the development and delivery of the Group's digital services and electronic applications. The role will be responsible for designing and building integrated digital solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring their quality and operational efficiency, supporting their ongoing operation and maintenance, and continuously improving them in line with the latest technologies and best practices. Key Develop and build high-quality web applications, mobile applications, and digital platforms in line with business requirements. Analyze digital business needs and translate them into executable technical solutions. Design and develop solutions using software engineering and coding best practices. Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure the quality and efficiency of digital solutions before launch. Ensure systems are ready for the production environment without operational impact. Manage the smooth transition of solutions from the development environment to production. Follow up on the resolution of feedback and defects after launch. Ensure application stability after launch and monitor performance. Coordinate with development, design, and infrastructure teams to ensure system integration. Work with stakeholders to understand digital requirements and improve user experience. Support integration with other systems across the organization. Track the latest technologies and trends in digital services and propose continuous improvements to existing digital solutions. Develop technical skills and keep pace with developments in modern development platforms. Prepare and update technical documentation and user guides for digital services. Document processes and workflows to ensure knowledge continuity. Provide user walkthroughs and training when needed. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing digital services or applications. Experience in developing web and mobile applications. Experience with Low-Code / No-Code platforms, particularly OutSystems. Experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience in system testing and quality assurance prior to release. Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
