Job Title: EUC Engineer ? End User Computing Services (EUCS) Roles & Responsibilities Continuously learning new skills, frameworks, tools, and techniques to enhance skills. Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders. Being flexible and adaptive to changing project requirements, technologies, and priorities. Actively seeking feedback, learning from experiences. Desired Qualification, Experience, And Skills Assist users with basic issues related to AVD & Windows 365 environments. Provide assistance to users accessing Azure Virtual Desktop & Windows 365 environments. Help troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues. Monitor user sessions and ensure they are running smoothly. Assist users with session - related issues, such as disconnects or log - in problems. Help configure user settings and profiles within the AVD environment. Ensure that users have access to the necessary applications and resources. Monitor usage metrics and performance indicators for AVD. Monitor user accounts and ensure proper licensing. Report any anomalies or issues to Level 2 support. Service Desk
