Job Title: FINIQ Product Engineer Experience: 6+ Years Location: Dubai Role Overview We are looking for a FINIQ Product Engineer with strong expertise in the FinIQ Wealth Management Suite and Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of FINIQ solutions, trade lifecycle management, API integrations, and wealth management/trading platforms within banking and financial services environments. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support solutions using the FinIQ Wealth Management Suite. Participate in end-to-end implementation and integration of FINIQ products. Manage and support the complete Trade Lifecycle process. Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver wealth management and trading solutions. Develop and maintain API integrations with internal and external systems. Perform business analysis, system implementation, and solution design activities. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, unit testing, and documentation requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations. Support Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience Functional Skills Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with FINIQ. Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Investment Banking. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments. Hands-on experience in Trade Lifecycle Management. Experience in implementing end-to-end FINIQ solutions. Strong knowledge of trading platforms and wealth management systems. Technical Skills Experience with SQL and SQL-based databases. Strong experience in API Integration. Knowledge of industry protocols such as FIX, EMSX, and TSOX. Experience working with platforms such as Advent, SAXO, SWIFT, Bloomberg, and Reuters. Understanding of event-driven systems and enterprise application architecture. Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence technical decisions across multiple teams. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Education Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
