Overview Jars Global builds fast-growing SaaS products (Outbrand, DMpro, Saylo). We’re looking for a founding full-stack engineer who also acts as a product owner — someone who can take ideas from zero → shipped, move fast, and directly influence product growth. You’ll work across multiple SaaS products and be responsible for both engineering and product direction. If the idea of a 70+ hour shipping week scares you, this isn’t the role for you. Own full product cycles: take features from idea → design → development → launch. Improve performance, reliability, and scalability across products. Analyze user behavior and ship improvements that drive growth and retention. Maintain high code quality through testing, documentation, and clean architecture. Contribute to product strategy: roadmap planning, prioritization, and rapid experiments. 3+ years building full-stack apps (MERN or similar modern stack). Strong product intuition — you understand user pain points and build solutions fast. Comfort owning entire features or products, not just isolated tasks. Ability to ship quickly and iterate based on data and feedback. Bonus: background in SaaS, growth engineering, product management, or startups.
