We're partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded technology company that is building next-generation AI-powered software products used by enterprise customers across complex, data-intensive industries. They're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus in Go, who enjoys working across the entire engineering stack; from scalable backend services and cloud infrastructure through to modern frontend applications and AI-enabled products. What You'll Be Doing Designing and building scalable full-stack applications using Go and React Developing backend services, APIs, integrations, and data processing pipelines Integrating AI/ML capabilities, LLMs, and external platforms into production systems Building and maintaining containerised workloads running in Kubernetes Creating robust CI/CD pipelines and improving deployment automation Contributing to architecture decisions, technical design, and engineering standards Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimising distributed systems in production Collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions 5+ years' commercial experience building software with Go (Golang) Experience developing modern web applications across both backend and frontend environments Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerised applications Experience working with AWS or other major cloud platforms Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases Experience designing and operating distributed systems in production environments Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams A pragmatic engineering mindset with a focus on quality, scalability, and delivery Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD or similar Experience building AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, or automation platforms Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and LLM integrations Note: Must be based in Germany and have unrestricted right to work in Germany.
