Years of experience: 7+ years Required start date: Immediate Role purpose Design, build and operationalise secure enterprise GenAI and agentic solutions with robust evaluation, observability and governance controls. Key Responsibilities Build retrieval-augmented generation, tool-using agents and multi-step AI workflows. Integrate models with enterprise APIs, data sources, identity and approval controls. Implement prompt, model, retrieval and agent evaluations for quality, safety and security. Apply guardrails for data leakage, prompt injection, excessive agency and unsafe outputs. Containerise, deploy, monitor and optimise AI services in enterprise cloud environments. Required Skills Python LLM and agent frameworks RAG and vector search API and event-driven integration Azure/AWS AI services AI security, evaluation and observability Required Experience / Knowledge Areas Relevant delivery experience in the stated domain. Experience working with multidisciplinary technology, risk and business stakeholders. Regulated financial-services experience is preferred.
