Stonegate Capital – Graduate Internship Programme Finance, Investment & Technology | Dubai, UAE About Stonegate Capital Stonegate Capital is a recently established private family office in Dubai, bringing together over 75 years of collective experience from leading global institutions, including J.P. Morgan, Société Générale, Barclays, Credit Suisse, KPMG and EY. With an AI-native approach to investing across public and selected private markets, Stonegate combines investment expertise, advanced technology and trusted partnerships to preserve, grow and steward family capital across generations. The Opportunity Stonegate Capital is seeking motivated and analytical interns to join its six-month Graduate Internship Programme. Working directly with senior leadership, successful candidates will gain hands-on experience across finance, investment analysis, technology and AI within a dynamic private family office. Candidates can apply for one of two internship tracks: 1. Finance Analyst Intern Key areas of responsibility Financial modelling, business valuation and investment analysis. Financial reporting, accounting, budgeting and cash-flow forecasting. Portfolio monitoring, performance analysis and transaction evaluation. Supporting investment research and financial decision-making. Candidate profile Recent graduate or final-semester bachelor's student in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with knowledge of financial modelling and accounting principles. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving. 2. AI & Investment Intern Key areas of responsibility Developing and improving AI tools, software integrations and automated workflows. Supporting data analytics, portfolio monitoring and investment research. Assisting with IT operations, systems management and cybersecurity. Applying AI, programming and automation to practical business and investment challenges. Candidate profile Recent graduate or final-semester bachelor's student in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline. Strong interest in AI, software development, data analytics and automation; Python experience is an advantage. Good financial acumen and a sound understanding of financial markets, investments and core financial concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. All candidates should demonstrate initiative, strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Direct exposure to the CEO, CIO and CFO. Hands-on experience contributing to real projects and investment initiatives. Mentorship from experienced finance, investment and business professionals. The opportunity to work at the intersection of investment management, AI and technology. Internship Details Duration: 6 months, full-time. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
