The Hub Manager will manage our development hub end-to-end. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business requirements, ensuring that our teams deliver high-quality solutions on time. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge (Python/Django and Node.js ecosystems) and strong management capabilities to guide team decisions and optimize workflows. Key Requirements & Skills: Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Business Process Management, Performance Analysis, or Organizational Consulting within an IT context. Technical Knowledge: Soft Skills: Exceptional time management, conflict resolution, and collaboration skills; ability to work in a structured, performance-driven environment.

- Technical Guidance: Oversee architectural patterns and development methodologies to ensure best practices.
- Backend: Familiarity with (Python / Django) / Node.js, MySQL, Unit Testing, and SOLID design patterns.
- Frontend: Familiarity with Angular, UI Testing, E2E Testing, and State Management.
- General: Understanding of modern software development methodologies and cloud platforms.
- Language: A Strong command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
