Job Purpose Provide consultancy and advisory studies to the entity in the preparation of information systems development plans and strategies, as well as developing the required procedures and steps for programming and building information systems within the entity. Key Responsibilities Prepare preliminary analytical studies for information systems in accordance with the strategic information systems plan. Participate in testing technical systems using test data, ensuring system compatibility, and developing systems in accordance with the required specifications. Develop the procedures and steps required for programming and building the entity's information systems. Prepare technical designs for information technology systems and technical reports covering the various design stages. Conduct preliminary analytical studies of the information systems implemented within the entity. Develop improvement and development plans for the entity and identify the required tasks and technical needs. Participate in translating the entity's information systems specifications into workflows and procedures. Identify user requirements, alternatives, and solutions needed to achieve the entity's objectives. Install and deploy information systems and software for end users within the entity, in coordination with the relevant departments. Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
