Integration Engineer – CRM & Channels 📍 Abu Dhabi, UAE | Onsite 📄 6-Month Contract | Possible 6-Month Extension ⏱️ Immediate availability or max. 2 weeks’ notice We are looking for an Integration Engineer to join an AI technology consultancy delivering enterprise AI solutions for clients across banking, energy, healthcare and government. In this role, you will connect AI agents with the systems businesses rely on, including CRM, ticketing, contact-centre, messaging and voice platforms. You will be responsible for building reliable integrations that ensure customer interactions, tickets and conversation history move seamlessly across channels. نیازمندیها
- 4+ years of software/platform engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Zoho or similar CRM
- Strong REST APIs, webhooks, authentication and event-driven integrations
- Production experience with Python or TypeScript
- Experience working in enterprise/client environments
- English required
