Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify pain points, and recommend digitalization, automation, and AI-driven solutions. Gather and translate business requirements into clear solution designs, workflows, and implementation plans. Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps. Build and optimize workflow automations using Power Automate. Develop dashboards, reports, and data insights using Power BI. Manage and maintain data solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint, and related Microsoft platforms. Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to rapidly build prototypes, applications, and business solutions. Explore and implement emerging AI technologies such as Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and Generative AI solutions to improve business efficiency. Troubleshoot, enhance, and continuously improve deployed applications and automation solutions. Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and user adoption. Required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions. Experience using AI-powered development tools and low-code/no-code platforms. Basic programming knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar) and ability to troubleshoot and modify code. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience delivering digital transformation, automation, or AI implementation projects. Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, or enterprise AI solutions. Experience in business process improvement and workflow optimization. Portfolio or examples of Power Platform, automation, or AI-related projects.
