Junior Full Stack Engineer (Node BE Focused) Focus: Back-End Heavy Node.js Experience: 2 to 4 Years Location: Onsite, Abu Dhabi, UAE Candidates must be available within UAE. Our client is hiring a Junior Full Stack Engineer with a back-end heavy focus in Node.js. This role is suitable for an early-career candidate who has basic hands-on development experience and is eager to build backend strength while contributing to full stack delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js Build and support REST APIs and business logic Assist with database interactions and data handling Support front-end integration where required Collaborate with backend, QA, product, and frontend teams Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing activities Support feature delivery and issue resolution across the application lifecycle REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 2 to 4 years of experience in software development Basic to hands-on experience with Node.js Understanding of backend development concepts and REST APIs Familiarity with database fundamentals Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Strong willingness to learn and grow in a team environment PREFERRED SKILLS Dockerization exposure CI/CD awareness Infrastructure awareness Cybersecurity awareness or secure coding basics Internship, freelance, or academic project experience in Node.js or backend development CANDIDATE PROFILE Strong problem-solving and debugging mindset Good communication and collaboration skills Eager to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced development environment
