🚀 We’re Hiring | Lead AWS Solutions Architect 📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🏢 Work Model: Onsite We are looking for an experienced Lead AWS Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective enterprise cloud solutions. 🔹 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 💼 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or solution architecture, including 2–3 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AWS solutions. ☁️ Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migrations across applications, databases, and infrastructure, from discovery and assessment through production cutover. 🏗️ Strong experience designing AWS landing zones, multi-account environments, governance frameworks, and security controls. 👥 Demonstrated technical leadership across complex projects, collaborating with business stakeholders, security teams, delivery teams, and vendors. ⚙️ Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of core AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Elastic Load Balancing, Route 53, and CloudWatch. Expertise in cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, IAM, encryption, and secure architecture design. Experience designing highly available solutions and disaster recovery strategies against defined recovery objectives. Strong understanding and application of the AWS Well-Architected Framework, balancing security, reliability, performance, operational efficiency, and cost. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation. Experience supporting DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and operational readiness. Ability to produce clear architecture diagrams, design documents, migration plans, technical standards, and implementation guidance. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex architectural and implementation challenges. 🤝 Leadership & Communication: Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and communicate architectural decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience leading design reviews, evaluating solution options, managing technical risks, and guiding delivery teams through implementation. Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, mentoring, and vendor coordination skills. ⭐ Preferred AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional Relevant AWS specialty certifications in Security or Networking Experience with container platforms, serverless architectures, and application modernization Experience delivering cloud solutions within large enterprises or regulated environments
