Job Title LiveKit Deployment Engineer Salary $60k-$90k Company Description Kejue is a high-growth voice AI platform building mission-critical communication infrastructure powered by LiveKit to handle thousands of concurrent calls globally. As a LiveKit Deployment Engineer at Kejue, you will own the infrastructure end-to-end. You'll deploy and scale LiveKit SFUs, SIP bridges, and agents on Kubernetes to support thousands of concurrent calls. Your focus will be on high availability, observability, and capacity planning for a mission-critical voice AI platform. Location Dubai, UAE or Cairo, Egypt (Remote) Why this role is remarkable Own the core infrastructure of a high-growth voice AI platform with full autonomy over the LiveKit stack. Solve complex real-time media challenges at scale, managing thousands of concurrent calls and low-latency workloads. What You Will Do Deploy and scale LiveKit SFUs, SIP bridges, and agents on Kubernetes for global high availability. Implement comprehensive logging, metrics, and alerting to ensure platform reliability before issues impact users. Perform capacity planning and manage autoscaling for thousands of simultaneous, latency-sensitive voice sessions. The ideal candidate Proven production experience deploying and operating the LiveKit stack (SFU, SIP, agents) at significant scale. Deep technical knowledge of the media path, including SIP, RTP/WebRTC, codecs, jitter, and packet loss.
