What is the Role? We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Saudi MIS Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming business data into accurate, actionable reports and insights that support operational and management decision-making. What Will You Do? Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports, management reports, and performance dashboards to support business and operational needs. Analyze financing, sales, collections, and portfolio data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data across reports and source systems. Develop, enhance, and automate reports and dashboards in coordination with relevant business and support functions. Consolidate data from multiple sources and translate complex datasets into clear and meaningful business insights. Monitor key performance indicators and provide timely analysis to support management decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency. Work closely with Finance, Sales, Collections, Operations, and other relevant departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate outputs. Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests as required. Maintain proper documentation of reporting processes, data sources, and reporting logic. What Qualifications and Requirements are Good to have to be considered for the role? Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field. Relevant experience in MIS, data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying or working with databases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to translate business requirements into effective reports, dashboards, and actionable insights. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in finance, fintech, banking, lending, or financial services is preferred. High level of integrity, flexibility, willingness, and sense of ownership. Who we are?
