JD Requirement Role Purpose Provide managed application support, maintenance, enhancement and knowledge transfer for a mission-critical Oracle ERP and custom-application environment. The role must support production and non-production environments, meet strict service levels, and work collaboratively with customer technical and business teams. Core Responsibilities Operate and enhance supply, inventory, warehouse, order-management and cataloguing processes Gather requirements, perform fit-gap and impact analysis, configure modules, prepare functional designs and support testing Resolve incidents/service requests, support releases and interfaces, train users and maintain functional documentation Participate in transition from the incumbent, current-state assessment, backlog review and controlled takeover. Meet incident response and restoration obligations, participate in after-hours/weekend/holiday call-outs, and support root-cause analysis. Maintain operating procedures, functional/technical documents, test evidence, release records and knowledge-transfer material. Mandatory : Oracle EBS R12 Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Mobile Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Product Hub/PIM and cataloguing Government or large enterprise supply/logistics process experience; fit-gap, configuration, CRP/SIT/UAT and production support Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or an equivalent discipline. Strong communication, stakeholder-management, analytical and documentation skills. Ability to work within government cybersecurity, confidentiality, access-control and change-management procedures.
