Oracle HR Techno-Functional Consultant Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Experience Required:10+ years Joining: Preferably immediate or within a short notice period Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle HR Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring and enhancing Oracle HR solutions, developing integrations and reports, resolving production issues, and supporting HR digital-transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle solutions. Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS HRMS. Work closely with HR, IT, business users, and project stakeholders. Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional and technical design documents. Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows. Design and support integrations between Oracle HR applications and third-party systems. Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Support system testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-production activities. Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, configuration documents, and user guides. Ensure that solutions follow Oracle best practices, security requirements, and organizational standards. Provide knowledge transfer and ongoing support to business and technical teams. Functional Experience Experience in some or all of the following areas: Core HR Payroll Absence Management Talent Management Performance Management Learning Management Recruitment Benefits and Compensation Employee and Manager Self-Service Organization and Position Management Workforce Structures Time and Labor Technical Experience Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Oracle Forms and Reports Oracle Workflow Oracle Application Framework (OAF) BI Publisher and OTBI HCM Extracts Fast Formula HDL, HSDL, and FBDI REST and SOAP web services Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) APIs, interfaces, conversions, and data migration Approval workflows and role-based security Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM integrations Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle HR applications. Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS HRMS. Experience in at least one full implementation or major enhancement project. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
