Third party payroll (approved third party by Honeywell, name will be informed in the offer letter, if you are selected) working with team Honeywell at their office / project / at the office of the employer Interview / negotiation will be arranged by employer / Honeywell / designated agency Work Location: In person / work involves design, engineering and execution so hybrid work required (office / client's office / site) in coordination with Honeywell in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia Facility: Company will provide Salary with necessary allowances for food, transportation, accommodation / Visa / Air tickets Please DO NOT APPLY if you are working with Honeywell or their subsidiaries or their subcontractor or third party partners for ongoing projects of Honeywell anywhere in the world. Honeywell would not like to disturb existing projects. Please apply if you have real OT cybersecurity experience for Oil and gas with control systems. IT cybersecurity candidates may not be shortlisted. You are welcome to apply if you are an engineer having hands on experience with cybersecurity of DCS / ESD / PLC systems for oil and gas projects. Requirement Need A Network / Cybersecurity Specialist shall perform engineering, design, configuration, and commissioning activities in alignment with international standards and client requirements. This is an OT (Operational Technology) Cybersecurity role. Candidates must have hands-on experience securing industrial environments where cyber and physical systems interact. Do not apply if this criterion is not met. Perform site surveys for network infrastructure, equipment rooms, cabling routes, and field devices. Prepare detailed site survey reports including observations, gaps, risks, and recommended corrective actions. Closely coordinate with the Honeywell project lead and engineering team. Develop engineering documents fully aligned with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, and project procedures. Prepare the Functional Design Specification (FDS) covering system architecture, network topology, functional requirements, and integration points. Develop The Detailed Design Specification (DDS) Including Complete network architecture diagrams, IP addressing plans and subnet allocation, VLAN segmentation and tagging plans Firewall rule sets and routing tables, switch/router/firewall configuration details Compliance with Honeywell Fault Tolerant Ethernet (FTE) design standards Prepare and validate the Bill of Materials (BOM), FAT & SAT documentation. Support execution of FAT in DTV/SAT activities at the customer's site and ensure all test results meet project requirements. Develop the Method of Statement (MOS) for network installation, testing, and commissioning activities, including safety and quality procedures. Prepare Technical Queries (TQs) for missing or unclear project information. Configure firewalls, routers, switches, and other network equipment according to project design. Validate configurations to ensure compliance with Honeywell FTE standards and cybersecurity requirements. Perform online site execution by coordinating with customers. Must-Have Requirement Hands-on experience securing industrial (OT) environments where cyber and physical systems interact with oil and gas projects of control systems.
