Key Responsibilities Lead system integration activities for complex Defence Communications and C2 systems. Integrate hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure across air, land, maritime, and joint environments. Define and manage system interfaces, interoperability, and interface control documentation. Lead integration testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and operational readiness activities. Support platform integration trials, field deployments, customer demonstrations, and interoperability testing. Work closely with engineering, cybersecurity, networking, customers, suppliers, and platform teams. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 12+ years of experience in Systems Engineering/System Integration within Defence, Aerospace, Security, or mission-critical environments. Proven experience integrating complex hardware, software, and distributed systems. Experience with platform integration, operational environments, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Key Skills Defence Communications, C2/C4ISR, Tactical Data Links, and Mission Systems. Networking, TCP/IP, UDP, routing, messaging, and OSI-layer communications. System interoperability, interface management, and Systems-of-Systems integration. Network/system test tools such as MATLAB and Simulink. Troubleshooting, integration testing, technical problem-solving, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of MBSE, simulation environments, secure communications, and defence standards is desirable. #KATIM
