Role overview Serve as the primary technical owner for customer engagements involving SentinelOne EDR/XDR deployments and Prompt Security implementations. Own engagements from discovery and solution design through deployment, handover, and long-term customer success. The role is hands-on, customer-facing, consultative, and focused on cybersecurity delivery. Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture across endpoint protection, identity, cloud security, and security operations. Deploy and configure Prompt Security for enterprise AI tool access, developer workflows, AI applications, and browser-based controls. Advise customers on AI governance, data protection, policy enforcement, prompt injection, shadow AI, and related risks. Troubleshoot deployment challenges and contribute technical input to Statements of Work. Guide channel partners and create delivery documentation, implementation guides, and technical reference materials. Build customer relationships, represent technical needs internally, and support measurable long-term outcomes. Experience and knowledge 5 to 8 years of enterprise cybersecurity experience, including customer-facing professional services, consulting, or security engineering work. Hands-on enterprise EDR/XDR deployment, configuration, and migration experience. Knowledge of endpoint telemetry, detection and response, security policies, SIEM, identity, and cloud security integration. Proficiency with Windows, Linux, macOS, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience delivering AI security controls and awareness of prompt injection, data leakage, shadow AI, and agentic AI risks. Experience with engagement scoping, effort estimation, Statements of Work, and cybersecurity channel partners. Strong communication skills and a relevant certification such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CCSP, or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Prompt Security experience, prior SentinelOne platform experience, and a record of high customer satisfaction in professional services are advantageous.
