Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major banking project based onsite in Abu Dhabi. Key Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions Build and enhance case-management, customer-servicing, escalation, and approval workflows Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, and Salesforce APIs Configure Service Console, Omni-Channel, routing, queues, entitlements, SLAs, and Knowledge Integrate Salesforce with banking platforms and other enterprise systems Troubleshoot production issues and ensure solutions follow Salesforce security and development best practices Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience Proven experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud Experience working on customer-servicing or case-management solutions Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills Relevant Salesforce certifications would be advantageous Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Work arrangement: Onsite Industry: Banking The project will cover the successful candidate’s UAE visa if they don’t currently have one.
