SAP HCM Consultant – Cash‑to‑Accrual Conversion (Arabic Speaking) Location: On‑Site in Riyadh Contract Length: 4 Months Start: Immediate We are supporting a major public‑sector client in Riyadh who is beginning a new SAP HCM initiative focused on cash‑to‑accrual conversion and actuarial valuation readiness. They are seeking an experienced SAP HCM specialist with strong PA/OM and Time Management expertise, fluent Arabic, and immediate availability for an on‑site engagement. Key Responsibilities Support cash‑to‑accrual conversion activities across SAP HCM Ensure correct handling of end‑of‑service and leave liability calculations Review and optimise PA/OM structures, employee assignments and salary components Validate Time Management configuration, leave balances and accrual logic Prepare and align SAP data and configuration required for actuarial valuations Work closely with Finance teams to ensure correct integration with FI Support public‑sector payroll requirements specific to Saudi Arabia Provide hands‑on guidance, documentation and knowledge transfer throughout the project Work fully on‑site in Riyadh with immediate start Required Experience Strong background in SAP HCM PA/OM and Time Management Solid understanding of Saudi payroll rules and public‑sector processes Experience with end‑of‑service, leave liabilities and accrual calculations Knowledge of how HCM data feeds into FI for valuation and reporting Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh for the full duration of the project Fluent Arabic speaker Available to start immediately If you are an experienced SAP HCM consultant with strong PA/OM, Time and Saudi payroll expertise, and open to an on‑site role in Riyadh starting immediately, we’d welcome a conversation.
