SAP SuccessFactors Engineer Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE 12-month initial contract - with extensions Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Engineer looking to work on a large-scale enterprise transformation programme in Abu Dhabi? We are looking for a strong SuccessFactors specialist to help design, integrate and automate enterprise HR processes, working alongside product, integration and automation engineering teams. This is a hands-on role combining deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise with enterprise integration, workflow automation and modern employee experience technologies. You will play a key role in connecting SAP SuccessFactors with wider enterprise platforms and digital services, helping to create secure, scalable and automated HR processes. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Working across employee master data and organisational structures Supporting modules including Time Off, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance and Learning Mapping HR business processes into SuccessFactors objects and workflows Designing and supporting employee and manager self-service workflows Working extensively with SuccessFactors OData APIs Exposing SuccessFactors data and functionality through supported APIs Designing integrations with external workflow and employee-experience applications Supporting SAP BTP / Integration Suite integrations where applicable Integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems Identifying where processes should remain SuccessFactors-native versus where external automation should be introduced Ensuring automation maintains appropriate HR approvals, controls and governance Implementing role-based access and protecting sensitive employee information Supporting functional testing, UAT and production rollout Troubleshooting API, integration and data issues What We're Looking For. You will ideally have: 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience Strong hands-on Employee Central expertise Strong SuccessFactors OData/API knowledge Experience designing and supporting SuccessFactors workflows Strong understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) Practical enterprise integration experience Experience supporting live, production HR environments Highly Desirable Experience Experience across any of the following would be a strong advantage: Recruitment Onboarding Compensation Performance & Goals Learning Time Off SuccessFactors Integration Center SAP BTP Integration Suite SAP S/4HANA HR / Finance integration AI or conversational interfaces integrated with HR platforms Please apply to be contacted with further information.
