JOB SUMMARY : We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software efficiently. You will remove blockers, drive continuous improvement, and help multiple squads stay aligned and productive. KEY
مسئولیتها
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach engineering, QA, and product teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and mindset
- Identify and proactively remove impediments blocking team progress
- Track and report sprint metrics, velocity, and delivery health to stakeholders
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and manage risks across multiple squads
- Support backlog grooming and refinement sessions alongside Product Owners
- Champion Agile values and help teams evolve their process maturity over time
- Facilitate conflict resolution and healthy team dynamics
- Prepare and present delivery status, burndown/burnup charts, and roadmap updates to leadership
نیازمندیها
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :
- 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience managing multiple squads/cross-functional teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Arabic and English
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent Agile tooling
- PREFERRED
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, ScrumScale)
- Background in software engineering or QA prior to moving into Agile delivery
- Advanced Agile coaching certification (A-CSM, PSM II, etc.)
- Experience introducing Agile practices to teams new to Scrum
- Lead a team of 16 for delivering quality application as per the client satisfaction along with the Tech Lead Have a direct control on the QA team
- Champion Client Relationship and deliver a quality product in agreed time lines.
- Be the single point responsibility for the team and the deliveries to the internal management.
- Identify Risks and propose mitigation plans.
