Job Descriptions: Role Purpose: The Senior AI Automation Specialist leads the discovery, design, and delivery of AI-powered automation solutions across the bank. The role combines strong business analysis capabilities, banking domain knowledge, and hands-on solution delivery experience. The successful candidate will work directly with business leaders to identify transformation opportunities, define solution approaches, and build scalable AI-enabled workflows that deliver measurable business value. Key Strategic Business Engagement: Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and strategic priorities. Lead workshops, process discovery sessions, and solution design discussions. Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, optimization, and automation. Translate business requirements into AI and automation solutions. AI & Automation Solution Delivery: Design and build AI agents, automation workflows, and orchestration solutions. Lead proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives. Define solution architecture leveraging approved internal platforms and frameworks. Ensure solutions align with governance, risk, compliance, and security requirements. Drive adoption and value realization across business functions. Leadership & Capability Building: Mentor junior automation specialists. Establish best practices for process discovery, solution design, and AI delivery. Contribute reusable components, templates, and standards. Stay informed on emerging AI and automation capabilities and evaluate their applicability to business challenges. Required Experience & Skills: Essential: 7+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, automation, digital transformation, or technology delivery. Strong financial services or banking industry experience. Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into solutions. Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design skills. Experience delivering automation, workflow, or AI-enabled initiatives. Strong builder mindset with the ability to independently take an idea from concept to production. Preferred: Experience in operations, payments, trade finance, compliance, AML, client servicing, onboarding, or risk functions. Exposure to Generative AI, AI Agents, workflow orchestration, or intelligent automation platforms. Experience mentoring team members and leading initiatives.
