Key Responsibilities Build and ship end-to-end AI features powered by LLMs and agentic workflows. Develop multi-agent systems with tool use, planning, and autonomous task execution. Ensure production quality: accuracy, latency, cost, and safety. 3–5 years in AI/ML engineering with strong focus on LLMs, Generative AI, and Agents. Proven track record of shipping production AI systems — not just prototypes or jupyter notebooks. Strong Python and modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT, etc). Hands-on with agent patterns (ReAct, tool use, multi-agent) and agent and provider SDKs. Solid experience with retrieval methods and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS). Familiarity with fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA), cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP, etc), and MLOps basics. Fluent in Arabic and English. Based in or willing to relocate to Makkah. Arabic NLP, legal-tech experience, MCP integrations, LangSmith/LangFuse.
