Senior Back-End Developer (آقا-Java)

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of complex features and build secure, scalable, and high-quality backend systems in a fast-paced FinTech environment. You’ll work closely with the Product team to understand customer value, challenge technical requirements, and turn ideas into reliable production-ready solutions. Own and implement complex backend features end-to-end, from design to production. Develop clean, tested, secure, and maintainable Java code. Optimize database and system performance for high-traffic environments. Work closely with Product to clarify, challenge, and refine technical requirements. Understand the product vision and customer value behind technical decisions. Independently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical bugs and production issues. Pay exceptional attention to detail and take ownership with minimal oversight. Strong professional experience as a Senior Backend Engineer. Previous experience working in a FinTech company or on financial products/systems. Strong proficiency in Java and hands-on experience building production-grade backend systems. Proven experience with system design, database optimization, and high-traffic systems. Strong understanding of security, testing, and clean code practices. Strong product mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with Product teams. Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, especially in critical production environments. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
