We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who enjoys solving engineering problems, designing reliable systems, and taking ownership of the products they build. This is not just a coding role. We are looking for an engineer who can analyze requirements, design scalable backend architecture, make sound technical decisions, leverage AI tools to accelerate development, and ensure the quality, reliability, and maintainability of the final product. We care more about engineering mindset than the number of frameworks listed on a resume so looking for someone who: The technical assignment evaluates engineering thinking, architecture, problem-solving, and code quality—not just whether the code works.
مسئولیتها
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Python and Django.
- Build secure, reliable, and maintainable REST APIs.
- Design data models and system architecture for production environments.
- Solve challenges related to concurrency, transactions, consistency, and performance.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.
- Take ownership of the services you build throughout their lifecycle.
نیازمندیها
- 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Django.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, transactions, concurrency, and data consistency.
- Experience with Celery, Redis, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience building production-grade REST APIs.
- Good understanding of software architecture, clean code, and automated testing.
- Experience with Docker, Git, and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to use AI-assisted development tools effectively while validating and improving the generated code.
- Thinks before coding.
- Can explain and justify technical decisions.
- Takes ownership instead of simply completing tasks.
